This is one of my favorite side dishes because it goes with almost every meal. The only downside is that most broccoli crunch salads contain tons of high calorie ingredients like ramen noodles, bacon and too much mayo. So, after deciding on all the ingredients I wanted to use, I threw everything in a bowl, including the homemade mayonnaise and the results were incredible....great crunch, great taste, great everything! Instead of feeling bloated and tired after eating greasy hamburgers and chips this Memorial Day weekend, make these healthy turkey burgers and broccoli crunch salad! Your body will thank you!
All the ingredients ready to go!!! First sauté the Canadian bacon and slice it up! Add all ingredients into a large bowl And mix well!!! Serve right away and enjoy!! This dish is soo perfect, words just can ever do!Love, Marla
