I’M BACK!! Sorry for the delay in posts, my goal is to post at least three times per week but since match day we have been overly busy with family vacation, packing, and moving in with our in-laws for the summer while we house search and I started a new consulting contract! All good things but busy none the less! I have missed blogging and being able to connect with my readers so it feels great to be back!! Now on to today’s recipe!! Cashew Cream! Variations of this recipe are all over the blogosphere and now it is my turn to take a swing at it and I love the results!!! This variation of the cashew cream recipe is perfect to add on top of berries as an afternoon snack when you are having a craving! The dipping options for this recipe are endless!!
- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 2 teaspoons of grade B maple syrup
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend!! If the cashew cream is thinner than you would like you can always add about 1/2 cup of ice to it to thicken up or use less water!!
- Recipe stays good in the fridge for about 5 days!
