Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Chocolate banana peanut butter protein shake- yes this recipe has a very long name but I just couldn't simply leave out any of the delicious details!! The second I tasted this protein shake I couldn't stop sipping on it and found myself going back for more..... multiple times! This shake is great for busy people on the go! I love to put sliced up frozen bananas into little baggies the night before so there is very little prep in the morning. This shake takes about 5 minutes to make from start to finish so say goodbye to unhealthy 'fast' breakfast options and hello to my favorite quick meal go-to!! Nutrition facts: 313 calories, 9.71 grams of fat, 28.5 grams of carbs, 5.2 grams of fiber, 29 grams of protein Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Whey protein powder (I used Jay Robb protein powder)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 ice cubes
