Chocolate Covered Banana and Almond Butter

I just love having something sweet after meals and these little guys hit the spot! Unlike other store bought treats this recipe only has 3 ingredients and they are an amazing combination without overindulging! Total for each one: 31.5 calories, 1.5  grams of fat, 4.69 grams of carbs, 0.69 grams of fiber, 0.78 grams of protein Ingredients:
  • 2 small bananas
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 2 tbsp Dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
  1. Melt about 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips in a microwave 
  2. Cut bananas into small circles 
  3. Smear a thin layer of almond butter between two banana slices 
  4. Either dip each one into your melted dark chocolate or drizzle a little dark chocolate onto each banana  
  5. Put in freezer for about 20 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
