Protein shakes in the morning are awesome because they require little prep time, keep you full til lunch and taste yummy! I like to use this protein shake as a meal replacement or cut the recipe in 1/2 and use it for a snack. This shake is perfect for a grab-n-go breakfast to drink on the way to work or wherever you are headed. All you need is a simple blender and a few ingredients for an all around perfect meal!
