Favorite Quick and Easy Breakfast Options!

Most of us don't have a lot of time in the morning to cook up a healthy breakfast, so we might grab a "healthy" cereal bar or maybe just skip breakfast all together. Both solutions can lead to an increased appetite, cravings and poor food choices at lunch and dinner. The next time you are in this situation, try these quick and easy breakfast meal ideas:
  1. Chocolate Banana Protein Shake
  2. Coffee Protein Shake
  3. Green Monster Protein Shake
  4. Egg muffins (prepare these on the weekend and they'll last you all week)
  5. 1-2 Boiled eggs and a piece of fruit
  6. 1/4 cup almonds and piece of fruit
  7. Healthy protein pancakes or try Pumpkin Protein Pancakes (make these ahead of time and heat them up in the microwave and feel free to top them with a tbsp of almond butter!
  8. 1-2 Tablespoons of our homemade almond butter with a piece of fruit such as an apple
  9. 3-5 Dates with Almond Butter and a piece of fruit
