Feta and Spinach Turkey Burgers

The only way I can stay on track and eat healthy during the week is to prepare meals ahead of time. This recipe is perfect for weekly meals, beats the boring old chicken and is super easy to make! I love throwing these patties on top of a salad or putting into a lettuce wrap, Bon Appétit! Makes 10 patties Nutrition facts for each hamburger patty: 104.7 calories, 5 grams of fat, 1.36 grams of carbs, 0.29 grams of fiber, 11.77 grams of protein Ingredients:
  • Lean ground turkey approximately 1 lb
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 cup feta
  • Dash onion powder
  • Dash salt
  • Dash pepper
  • Dash garlic powder
  • Dash oregano

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl 

2. Mix ingredients well using your hands

3. Form into patties about the size of your palm 

4. Heat medium skillet on medium-high heat and spray pan with olive oil spray

5. Cook each side of hamburger until browned, about 3-4 minutes on each side
