Instructions: 1. Cut up a banana and place in a small snack size baggie to place in the freezer 2. Freeze the banana either over night or if you want your treat sooner, at least 2 hours. If you freeze over night you might want to let the banana thaw for an hour before making this recipe so it is easier to blend. 3. Put frozen banana in the blender or food processor and blend until it is soft (like ice cream) then add in your coco powder (if you are wanting to add 2 tbsp of coco powder put one in first and blend then add in the second- it will mix up better this way!) 4. Serve and Eat! If you want the custard to be more ‘ice cream like’ place it in the freezer for a couple extra minutes!
