Lemon Salad Dressing

I am still indulging in the world of healthy fats today (see yesterday's post on the different types of healthy fats) and this next recipe has polyunsaturated and monounsaturated (omega 6 & 9)! This salad dressing is always perfect, impossible to mess up and easy to throw together! I love that this recipe only has three ingredients and it's usually stuff I already have stocked in my kitchen.... it doesn't get any easier than that! This salad dressing is perfect on the kale salad

Lemon Salad Dressing
Serves 4
Prep Time
5 min 
Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup of olive oil
  2. 3 tbsp of lemon juice (or the juice from one very ripe, large lemon)
  3. pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, shake well and pour on our Kale Salad (or any salad)! This shaker is super easy to use and has the measurements on the side and I got it at Bed Bath and Beyond!
