Mango, Pinneapple & Avocado Salsa!

When I started with the idea of this salsa recipe I was a little nervous about how the results would turn out but I am so happy I took the risk! This salsa is an amazing combination of salty, sweet and a hint of spice! This salsa is great on chicken, fish and of course with my homemade tortilla chips! Total Nutrition Facts for the whole recipe (!!): 290 calories, 13.6 grams of fat, 44 grams of carbohydrates, 10.75 grams of fiber, 3.4 grams of protein Ingredients:
  1. 1 cup mango, diced into small cubes
  2. 1/2 cup pineapple, cut into small cubes
  3. Juice from 1/2 lime
  4. 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  5. 1/2 avocado, diced
  6. 1/2 jalapeño, minced (optional)
  7. Dash of salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. You can mix all in the ingredients or in a bowl or use a food processor (I used a food processor)
2. Add a spoonful to shrimp tacos
