Corn wrapped in foil with a little butter and salt/pepper ready to go in the oven on 450 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. If you want to get really healthy you can use cooking spray instead of butter)! Meanwhile my little nephew is practicing perfecting his golf swing! My brother-in-law BJ has a Big Green Egg and we LOVE how it makes the meat taste! If you are in the market for a new grill consider a green egg! The pork loins waiting to go on the grill! The salad I threw together included a yellow bell pepper, carrots and tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette :) The pork loin is what I had to eat that night and it was steaks for the guys! As you can see their steaks were probably twice the size as the pork loins. My plate- pork, salad and corn on the cob, it doesn't get much healthier than that!
