In fact most people would be shocked to know one of the biggest patterns I see with clients is skipping meals, not eating breakfast and only eating one meal per day!! I think a lot of people only eat one meal per day because they think that if I only eat one meal per day I will lose weight but a calorie is a calorie and regardless if you eat too many throughout the day or just in one sitting you will gain weight!! The difference is if you are spreading your calories evenly throughout the day this will ward off hunger, cravings, blood glucose highs/lows, and reave up your metabolism to help aid you in weight loss!! So the bottom line is eat more often = lose more weight!!! Who doesn’t like the sound of that?! Now that I have you ready to eat breakfast here is a great recipe to get your day started!
