- 4 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 2 egg whites
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1/2 tsp agave
- Mix all ingredients into large mixing bowl
- Spray a medium sized skillet with olive oil cooking spray and warm to medium heat
- Add a small scoop of pancake batter to pan and cook on each side for about 1 minute
- Enjoy!! Optional toppings: cinnamon, fruit preserve, cottage cheese and fruit, peanut butter, almond butter, all natural maple syrup. These pancakes are even great on their own!

If you like sweets in the morning this is the perfect recipe for you! This whole recipe is only 220 calories but allows you to feel indulgent. I think they are great by themselves without any toppings but feel free to try some of my favorites like: almond butter, cottage cheese, a dab of all natural syrup, cinnamon or even fresh fruits!
