Sometimes all it takes to stay on a track is trying a healthy local casual restaurant, like Ruggles Green in Houston! This restaurant has an incredible menu filled with local and organic ingredients and has tons of healthy options to choose from such as there Turkey Lettuce Wraps, Grilled All Natural Turkey Burger and the Atlantic Salmon Salad (without the queso fresco)! Not everything on the menu is healthy, so make sure to choose wisely! I ordered the All Natural Buffalo Burger which was amazing!! If you're watching your carb and calorie intake, I highly recommend removing most of the bread, which is exactly what I did! If you don't feel like cooking tonight or haven't been to the grocery yet to pick up your food for the week, I highly suggest trying Ruggles Green! If you don't have one in your area, try looking online for a restaurant that offers healthy local organic ingredients...nothing gets the week going like a great healthy meal!
